Victor Zhenyi Wang is a Ph.D. student at the University of California, Berkeley School of Information. His research interests lie in the interplay between technology, infrastructure, political and social worlds, and the consequences of these interactions. He is advised by Professor Deirdre Mulligan. Before graduate school, Wang worked as a data scientist in India for IDinsight, an international development organization.
