Policy
The Knight Institute’s policy program aims to expand public understanding of the current and emerging landscape around the regulation of speech and privacy online, deepen the Institute’s involvement in policy debates, and cultivate a new generation of policy leaders equipped to defend the freedoms of speech and the press in the digital age.
The policy program educates legislators and policymakers on Institute priorities, engages with civil society partners, and holds convenings to bring together an array of stakeholders.
