Monitoring Administration of Public Educational Television or Radio Broadcasting Facilities Grants

This document discusses the issue of administration of existing public educational television or radio broadcasting facilities grants. It raises the question of whether compliance with conditions contained in existing grants should be monitored by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW), the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), or some other agency.
