Executive Director Jameel Jaffer appeared this week on an episode of the “Just Security Podcast” entitled “Social Media, Government Jawboning, and the First Amendment at the Supreme Court.” The episode is a recording of a recent panel co-hosted by Just Security and the Reiss Center on Law and Security at NYU School of Law that featured Jaffer alongside Kathryn Ruemmler and Colin Stretch and was moderated by Ryan Goodman.

On Murthy v. Missouri, the jawboning case scheduled for oral argument before the Supreme Court on Monday, March 18, Jaffer noted, “These are really significant issues, and whatever the Court says in this case will have implications that go far beyond these particular circumstances.”
