Nicola Morrow is a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute. Before joining the Institute, she completed a two-year legal fellowship with the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Fourth Amendment Center, where she supported litigation, advocacy, and public education efforts challenging the use of novel surveillance technologies in criminal investigations. Morrow received a B.A. from Macalester College and a J.D. from New York University Law School. During law school, she served as a student advocate in the Technology Law and Policy Clinic and as a staff editor on the NYU Review of Law & Social Change.
